Trudy Rushforth began her career as a human resources professional in Silicon Valley software startups. After a five year career in HR, she relocated to Phoenix to practice law. After experiencing hourly billing, she realized that there was a better way to deliver quality services to clients at an affordable price. She decided to venture out on her own, combining her legal work with her HR background to create a new kind of law firm that combines the flexibility of outside counsel with the stability of in-house counsel.
